COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICE

Trademark Statement (Federal Registration)

Michel Keck owns and controls all rights, title, and interest in the following federally registered trademarks:

MICHEL KECK® — U.S. Federally registered trademark for the artist’s name and brand identity (Reg. No. 5280022).
KECK® — U.S. Federal Trademark Registration No. 6167678.

These trademarks are registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and are governed by the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1051 et seq.). They are valid, enforceable, and federally protected marks that identify the source of goods and services associated with Michel Keck’s artistic brand. The unauthorized waiver of Michel Keck trademark, Reg. No. 5280022, recently in a Texas Court, was done without the artist's knowledge or authorization (more here).

No one may use, reproduce, imitate, or exploit these marks, or any confusingly similar marks, in any way — including for products, services, advertising, promotions, websites, social media, merchandise, or commercial ventures — without the express written consent of Michel Keck. Such unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal enforcement.

Copyright Statement

All original artistic works, illustrations, designs, graphics, images, and other creative content (collectively “Content”) displayed on this website or sold by Michel Keck are protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

Ownership of a physical artwork does not transfer copyright. Copyright remains fully with Michel Keck.
Copyright includes the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, perform, adapt, and create derivative works.
Reproduction, distribution, licensing, selling, or creating derivative works without written permission is prohibited.

Due to ongoing widespread infringement — including unauthorized copying, counterfeiting, and commercial exploitation — Michel Keck actively defends her copyrights and speaks out to support other artists in protecting their work.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

❌ Use trademarks or copyrighted material in products, services, merchandise, or classes
❌ Create derivative works or adaptations for commercial exploitation
❌ Use any Michel Keck mark, logo, or branding in advertising, promotions, domain names, social media, or e‑commerce
