While our artwork is custom-produced and therefore non-returnable, our long-standing history of satisfied collectors reflects the quality, attention, and transparency we bring to every order.


Custom Artwork & Final Sale Policy

All fine art giclée prints and related artworks are custom-made to order. Because each piece is created specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, color preference, size selection, or suitability for your space.


Choosing the Right Size & Presentation

To help ensure your artwork fits perfectly:

  • Please review size options carefully before ordering.
  • Use painter’s tape to outline the selected dimensions on your wall.
  • You may request a complimentary digital mockup to preview how the artwork will appear in your space.

These steps are strongly encouraged prior to purchase.


Condition & Shipping Assurance

Every artwork is shipped in perfect condition and professionally packaged. All shipments are fully insured against damage during transit.


Damaged Artwork During Transit

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.
  3. Retain all original packaging materials.

Once confirmed, a replacement will be issued through the carrier’s insurance. This does not constitute a return or refund.


Freight & Oversized Deliveries

For large or freight-shipped pieces:

  • Inspect the shipment before signing.
  • If visible damage is present, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
